- Rebook to another flight of the same destination within 14 days of the original flight, at no additional charge, subject to availability; or
- Refund 120% of your unused itinerary value in travel voucher - excluding any amount for third party products and services - Scoot Travel Voucher is valid for twenty-four (24) months from date of issuance (not applicable for Group bookings); or
- Refund 100% of your unused itinerary value to the original mode of payment - excluding any amount for third party products and services.
